Therapy is a process of mutual inquiry, conversation, and learned techniques. 

We specialize in counseling and therapy for:

  • Trauma issues, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • Stress management and stress reduction

How we do it:
  • Intensive dialogue and communication coaching for couples, families and individuals.
  • Cognitive-behavioral and family-of-origin therapies for treatment of depression, anxiety and other concerns.
  • EMDR for treatment of trauma from recent or past abuse.

Sue also offers retreats and special consultations and has worked with many groups, including a three day retreat working through grief with survivors of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans. 

We serve the communities of southeast Wisconsin and northeast Illinois, including: Kenosha, Pleasant Prairie, Racine, South Milwaukee, Zion, Waukegan and Gurnee.

We are located in the beautiful historic Library Park District of downtown Kenosha, across from Simmons Library, and in the neighborhood of several 19th century churches, the Women's Club, the Jewish Synagogue, and many lovely historic homes.
